My passion for food started when I was in my youth. Growing up as the oldest, having a single full-time working mother I stepped up and took on the responsibilities in the kitchen.  I had no clue what I was doing, but I was determined to learn and fell in love with food.

I've been in the food industry as a professional Chef for over seven years,  I have learned and developed skills that I utilize daily to become the best chef I can .
